Happy Teacher's Day in Brazil! 👩‍🏫 Though still in training, just last semester I had the privilege to mentor two incredible students, and it confirmed that this is the career I’m meant for. Teaching - the only profession that makes all others possible!

Presented my dissertation at the society of environmental toxicology and chemistry - North America (SETAC) meeting this past week! I study the fate and export of mercury from the glaciers in Alaska. It was great to meet new colleagues and inform them of my research 🏔️ #SETAC2024
