After a great Portland State Football spring game Kristian Ingman & Tanner Beaman got some work w/ me! 1st Throw - 12 yd Post v COV 3 2nd Throw - 12 —> 10 yd Comeback 3rd Throw - Slot Fade 4th Throw - Slot Whip AC Patterson Coach McDonagh Bruce Barnum @coachgrayjr

Competed in my 1st weightlifting competition in the light-heavyweight class (<225 lbs) and SWEPT my weight class winning GOLD🥇in all 4 categories (Squat, Bench, Clean & Overall) with lifts of 455# (Squat), 310# (Bench) & 315# (Clean) with a new record exponent of 4.89!!

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bishop Manogue Catholic HS with a weighted GPA of 4.2. Thank you to my parents, grandparents & all my other family for supporting me last night

Final AP test results are in & I finished with a 4 in Comp Science & a 3 in Calculus...I went 6 for 6 in AP tests overall!! #STUDENTathlete
