It was a pleasure to share our work at the 3D-Bioinfo-PT Annual Meeting 🦟! P. J. Costa Lab - CCMI@FCUL @SBMMFCUL

Today I had the incredible opportunity to showcase my work at the 3D-Bioinfo-PT Annual Meeting. I'd like to thank the organisation, sponsors, my colleague Inês D. S. Pires and everyone who took the time to stop by the poster and get to know more about this project!

📢Registration is open for the second @BioData_pt Talk of 2023, on Wednesday, February 8th, at 11h00, via Zoom! Inês Pires, Master's student ULisboa and Miguel Machuqueiro Lab eChanges fc.ul.pt, presents the next session of the 3D BioTalks. Register biodata.pt/index.php/node… #Bioinformatics

Happy celebration for the excellent master thesis viva (20/20) of Inês Pires, student at FCUL and supervised by Miguel Machuqueiro. It was a pleasure to be part of the jury. The thesis is titled "Computational biophysics evaluation of promising smart metallodrug delivery systems"

Today was the first day of the Bioinformatics Open Days at Universidade Minho, at which I presented my work. I am very excited for the next two days’ talks and workshops as well.

About to finish the first month of my PhD on the in silico study of Cytochrome c Oxidase, with high expectations for the next 4 years. This journey will not be possible without the supervision of Miguel Machuqueiro and António Baptista, to whom I'm grateful in advance

The last three days at MDAnalysis @mdanalysis.bsky.social UGM really inspired me to keep exploring and improving my coding skills. Thank you to all the lovely people that organized and participated in it.

3D-Bioinfo-PT launched with a kickoff presentation by our own Inês D. S. Pires about the impact of the experimental structure in pKa calculations! 🧬💻🧑🏻🔬

Today I had the pleasure of opening the 3D-Bioinfo-PT talks with my work on how pKa predictions are affected by the experimental structure. Thanks to everyone in the Computational BiopHysics Lab.

This week, our students Inês D. S. Pires, João Vitorino, MSc and João Sequeira, MSc will present their work at the @iupab2024_kyoto Congress in Kyoto, Japan! Good luck and enjoy!! 😎 IUPAB TWIN2PIPSA 🇪🇺 Protein Biophysics & Self-Assembly BioISI CIÊNCIAS ULisboa

Today I had the pleasure of presenting my work with a poster at Portuguese Young Biophysicists ‘s 2025 Biophysics Festival. Looking forward to another day of insightful communications tomorrow.
