Very evenly matched in high scoring finals play. In the end we lost by 2 discs. Tough defeat but they played strong all day. We'll be back in action in February.

It's Robotics day. After 74 rounds of qualifying matches we're holding 1st and 3rd place. Now it's time for the elimination rounds!

Congratulations to team 421H! They finished the competition in 2nd place (9-1 in match play) and earned a spot in the VRC Ohio State competition on March 2nd.

We made it to Akron safely! Check in and inspection is tonight. It's going to be a full house. 80 teams from across Ohio.

Long day. A few things didn't go our way. But this bunch is still smiling. Great job 421H!

They did it!

First automata are done. Spooky scary skeletons last the way.

After 67 rounds and a little Texas hospitality (aka torrential rain that came out of nowhere while we were walking) our crew is 2-1. 7 hours down, 8 hours to go!

12 hour day saw us partnered with teams from California, Idaho, Oklahoma, Florida and UAE. After 7 qualification rounds we ended the day in 32nd place (out of 81) with a record of 5-2.

Qualification matches are over. 203 matches. 10 rounds of game play. Our crew finished 7-3. 34th place (out of 81). Now we wait to see if that's enough to get into the elimination rounds.

Closing ceremony is about to start. Welcome to the world of robotics. We didn't make the main stage but what a fun ride it was!
