Happy 30th anniversary to the CDFI Fund! Inclusiv was instrumental in creating the CDFI fund, thanks to the leadership of our former CEO, Cliff Rosenthal. Yesterday, we attended the 30th anniversary celebration in Washington, DC.

Inclusiv member/CDFI Coop Zeno Gandía participated in a historic commercial loan to finance a $30M hotel project in Dorado, Puerto Rico. Zeno Gandía was the senior lender, w/ additional financing by 15 local Inclusiv member financial cooperatives regulated/insured by COSSEC.

Inclusiv hosted a CDFI Roundtable in Puerto Rico on the recertification process & new standards for CDFIs. Certification is critical for cooperativas to expand financial inclusion, small business, homeownership & climate resilience. The event was supported by Citi Foundation.

Last week, Inclusiv attended an amazing #GGRF convening on 12/11 in Boise, ID. Thanks to The Nature Conservancy in Idaho for organizing this event! It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with ID credit unions/partners & brainstorm ways to support communities in accessing affordable #cleanenergy.
