20 years ago today, college students gathered from across the nation and around the world for #OneDay2000. At Shelby Farms, near Memphis, TN thousands met to pray, worship and pursue Jesus.

I was there! And it was unforgettable. Passion had such a huge impact on the faith of my 20s. And the creativity I saw in their productions back then ignited a flame in me that still hasn’t died. (Also, that day was the very 1st time I ever saw/heard Beth Moore preach!) 🙌🏼🔥🙏🏼

Needless to say, some very significant seeds were planted on May 20, 2000 & the days surrounding it. Thank you Louie Giglio & shelley giglio for your vision, faithfulness, & creativity throughout it all! So much of my life, faith, & career can be traced back to that one day.

Megachurch pastor Andy Stanley announced today that the church he leads, NPC Church in Atlanta, Georgia, will be suspending in-person services through the end of the year. Stanley says the bottom line to church members is the simple fact that “we cannot guarantee your safety.”
