Very good article. Stack is cheap model with good context via fast search. Local embeddings with qmd over something like observations memory from mastra. Add beads and you have a great stack.

The ai harness is the last product. Hence why everyone is racing to build their own version. If agents can truly run autonomous soon then the last input path is spoken English We may need dashboards to process the information ourselves
