Wow Windows really is bloated. My game is running at 7500 FPS on average on my Ryzen 5 1600 + Radeon 570 and yet my friend with a Ryzen 7 5700X + RTX 3060 only gets about 4000 FPS. Exact same game files, I am running Arch and he is running Windows 10. Have had other people test
