Beauty of part-time startup founder life: db server went unresponsive, and I’m in the middle of my primary job call that will continue for another hour… sorry everyone trying to access Examin, I will fix it soon! 😢

Examin is back, and I have no idea what it was. Some fluke with the Hetzner private network - the app server couldn't reach db server and I couldn't even ssh to it, server restart didn't help. Recovered by itself. 🤷‍♂️

Just hacked together a wild setup: old Mac Mini (8GB RAM) running dev env in VR with Immersed. 2 Cursor windows for side-project MVPs, 2 Chromes, AI taskmaster picking tasks every 10-15min. Barely lags, main Mac free for heavy work. Kinda overkill but cyberpunk AF! 🚀 #devlife

working on 3 features in 3 branches with #Cursor , each branch with own DB+port, plus simple links to different ports in layout. Running on M2 with 8gb ram 😁 #indiedev

I won't believe how helpless I'd feel without Claude if not for this outage. It took just 2 days to get used to it so hard that during the outage I couldn't do anything without it. Not because "I can't", but because "Why would I, if Claude will do it faster when it's back?"

Namoriam (@iletitcrash) 's Twitter Profile Photo

ok, Claude is back now, but it feels much more stupid and lazy after the outage... both Claude-4 sonnet and opus in claudecode. Anyone else?

So I tried Lovable. Compared to v0, it produces better design. But worse UX and functionality. Tested both with the same prompts. All in all, I'm staying with v0 - I'm using these tools to understand how to arrange my UI/UX, not to actually create apps (I pity those who do).

Anyone on Telegram? I created a channel to post AI facepalm moments - everyday I'm getting plenty of those t.me/faicepalm

I thought OpenAI had a crazy lot of errors/issues with stability. Until I started using Claude Code full-time... Still the best models for coding, but oh man so unstable and so many issues

One of the biggest insights I can share from the world of BIG companies: they DO use Elixir, Clojure, Haskell, Svelte, and a bunch of other cool tech. They DON'T hire developers to write specifically in those languages.
