Most prisoners will get out one day, return to our communities. It makes little sense to not rehabilitate them while inside those walls.

Here's the part lots of people don't know or gloss over: WHITE men today are having a relatively harder time getting hired IF your comparison is all the WHITE men who came before them and had an enormous amount of unfair advantages. Instead, people make this about POC and women.
