What’s the point of having health insurance if it doesn’t even pay for your health care? 🤔 Curative health insurance actually covers your health care needs with no copays and no deductibles, as long as you complete a Baseline Visit.

I wish iOS had a feature to only show an app’s notifications if I’d opened it in the last 24 hours. I need to know when my food is arriving. I don’t need to see notifications spam from the app every day after that.

This week we learnt Linear doesn't have PMs. It's worth remembering that they are software engineers building products for software engineers. The engineers have a good understanding about what users want. Diff story if domain or end user is far from engineering.

Every mutation that could exist, does exist. That has only been true for ~200 years. Most beneficial variants just haven't had the time to become ubiquitous. But now, at least 50 people in the world have every possible mutation in the human genome.

Latest update on my Mayo Clinic ER visit bill dispute: They talked to their coding company (whose primary purpose is to maximize THEIR collections), and said they also checked regional average charges… and say they are justified in charging $9000+ for IV fluids and labs. 🤦🏽‍♂️
