Currently reading African Delights by Siphiwo Mahala, a South African author. It's a collection of short stories with interwoven characters. There's something innately intriguing about the book to me. I'm almost done reading & perhaps I would better articulate my thoughts.

I'm great at socialising so people often believe I am an extrovert. You can't convince me to go clubbing, too noisy for my liking. I go out once and I'm done for the next six months. There are only two sets of people who call me; my nuclear family & my church people.

I want to fall asleep in front of the TV, and wake up all cozy in my room with no memory of how I got there. But I don’t have a TV, I live alone and I’m no longer a child. Sigh 😩😮‍💨

Thank God for the beautiful invention called Spotify. How else would I be enjoying beautiful sounds from wonderful artistes all over the world.

A love language and probably my favourite is sharing music playlists. Sharing a combined love for the same artistes. I miss Daniel's music period for this reason. Dude knew the music I would love and would always put me on to new sounds & artistes.

I'm a pretty shameless person let's be honest. However, I lack the shamelessness to toast a man online in the eye of other people. I would rather take my L in the comfort of his DMs. I envy ladies who shoot their shot every other day here on X.

Personally, I hope to marry someone way more ambitious than I am. Someone who would force and encourage me to keep growing, in ways that wouldn't clash with my personality & values. Someone who would force me to be excellent. Someone whose dreams and career I can proudly support.
