‘Living for approval’ is immensely different to ‘living from approval’. I pray in this week, you find the courage to rest in the reality that you are already loved beyond belief by God. You don’t have to earn it, you have it. Now live from it.

Let go of the need to share your side of the story... to people who don’t care. May you find the peace to not have to control the narrative around you. Because you can’t. 🤎

Friendship betrayal is a devastating thing. But I’ll always be thankful for the ways God highlights that someone is not for me.

Everytime you shrink for people you abandon yourself a little. You diminish yourself.

I pray you’ll learn to stop resisting the person you desire to become; the person you’re praying to become. May self-sabotage no longer have the final say. May you accept who you were predestined to be. Stop fighting you. Make peace with you.

Trauma rewires the brain. And so does love and connection; acceptance and belonging. These are reparative experiences. Even though the hurt happened within relationships, please know that the healing happens within them too.

Expand your capacity to tolerate goodness without self-sabotaging. You don’t have to wait for the other shoe to drop. Breathe in, breathe out. Enjoy it here. Be careful of the ways you limit your own joy. ✨

Remember it’s ‘love your neighbour as yourself’ not love your neighbour instead of yourself. Meet yourself with that same compassion and tenderness you so quickly give others. Silence the inner-critic.

We don’t minister what we know. We minister who we are. It’s a spiritual transaction. We leave an imprint on the souls receptive to us. If you know you’re not in right standing with God, please don’t try to speak on His behalf. Take time. Get in alignment. The pulpit can wait.
