Idk what was going on this week in the gym but… I got winked at, found a number in the side pocket of my gym bag, was followed to my car (that was not cool), and the front desk person told me someone came up to them trying to find out my name. Idk WTH is going on 🤔😩

Started a new training program at the beginning of the month and I can already see the progress. I’ve never had striations in my glutes before so I think we’ve struck gold! 💪

Tired of going home to an empty house 😔 That’s how I feel maybe 2 or 3 days out of the year. I’m good the other 362 days 😂.
