Thanks to ieggyou for the early taste. An egg-celent addition to the area, serving breakfast and brunch every day at 8am. Vietnamese egg coffee is my new obsession. Pumpkin bread is toasted with butter and served with chocolate butter. Truffle egg toast is simple and elegant.

She had the Truffle Shuffle- "Perfection", I had the Chicken Fried Sausage - very yummy. Good blend of texture and flavors, good "basic" gravy and their sweet-hot hot hot sauce (I added Hatch chili sauce too). Looking forward to return visits.

.ieggyou newly opened brick and mortar was full by 9am. And for good reason - the humble egg and cheese is elevated here both literally and figuratively. Superlative sandwiches come on a pedestal. I quickly put mine on a plate and covered it in an excellent hatch chili sauce.
