Collective action problem: Sth in which all individuals would be better off cooperating but fail to do so because of conflicting interests. Now let’s assume that I want to buy a Coniun NFT and willing to pay up to 0.7 ETH 🤷🏼‍♀️ As there’s no rarity in this collection, I’ll buy

The floor price is 0.3 and there are ~30 other NFTs listed until 0.5🤔 If they would undercut eachother by 0.001 each, the floor price would be 0.47 right now (In the same order again) In this case, the floor’s owner an the rest can make 60% more money than compared to now😳

With the idea of “selling earlier” , people undercut eachother. They’re not aware that in a 0.47 floor, there’ll be the same offers as the floor price now 🫠 Nothing to lose! Sad huh? 🤦🏼‍♀️
