NEW: Mayors from Canada, Mexico and the U.S. are standing together today in support of North American trade. In a joint statement, mayors promote the value of fair trade for their communities and warn of the high cost tariffs impose on the people they serve.

CNN is reporting the lower 10% reciprocal tariff will apply to Canada too. It appears this means the 25% level applied to non-USMCA/CUSMA compliant goods will now be 10%, with a full exemption for goods that qualify. It isn't clear if sectoral tariffs on autos, steel/aluminum
