Endlessly frustrating that there is not sufficient covered parking in the Wichita Airport ICT garage. Do not understand why/how parking on the top of the garage costs the same as parking on levels 2/3 with protection from the elements. What is the plan to address this, Lily Wu?

This is dumb. Effectively lengthened the lane closure, and without proper warning. Result is a net loss of time due to increased traffic. Aside from the ppl in front, Everyone loses.
