الوصول إلى المياه، والخدمات الصحيّة والكهرباء هي من أساسيات الحياة التي تضمن للناس الحياة الكريمة وخصوصاً في النزاعات. هي ليست رفاهية، بل حاجة أساسيّة ويحظر على أي طرفٍ من النزاع إعاقة وصول الأفراد إليها.

Access to water, healthcare, and electricity is essential for safeguarding human life, especially during #conflicts. These are not luxuries - they are fundamental needs protected under #IHL.

وصول الناس إلى الخدمات الأساسية مثل المياه والرعاية الصحية والكهرباء أمرٌ لا يجوز المساس به، وخصوصاً في النزاعات حيث تكون هذه الخدمات خيط الحياة لآلاف الأشخاص. يحمي القانون الإنساني الدولي المنشآت المدنيّة لأن تدميرها أو استهدافها يعرض حياة عدد لا يحصى من الناس للخطر.

During conflicts, access to essential services like water, power, and healthcare must be protected. International Humanitarian Law safeguards these facilities because their destruction puts countless lives at risk. #IHL

Humanitarian aid is crucial for civilians fleeing conflicts. It can be a matter of life and death. Parties to conflicts must facilitate its rapid, unimpeded passage and delivery. Millions of people need humanitarian aid, without it, they won't even have the basics for survival.
