#Antihistamines may be helpful in #ICP due to the common side effect of drowsiness. Many people find their itching worsens at night, disturbing their sleep but so far there is no medication to stop the #itch. Taking an antihistamine before bed may help them to sleep more soundly.

Every day we are contacted by women who have just been diagnosed with #ICP. Thanks to Dr. Caroline Ovadia (doi.org/10.1016/S0140-….) we can reassure 90% of women with ICP that their babies are at no greater risk of #Stillbirth due to the condition. #LiverTwitter #ICPSupport #OC
