What a day! We (team of 2) opened our new intranet up to a group of 120 initial testers to get some user feedback, and fix things as they go about their day to day work. A week of this before the other 17,000 people start using it. Feels great to have made this progress in house

Our team came together yesterday to reflect on our annual staff Achievement Awards ceremony held a few weeks ago. It was bigger and better than ever! 450 amazing NHS staff and volunteers celebrating each other's work. Now to plan for next year's event. Always reflect and improve
