Today, we turn 125 years old! On September 5th, 1898, we received our charter in IATSE // #IASolidarity.

We want to say thank our current and past members for helping to build such a strong local over these past 125 years as we look toward the future and the next 125!

Tomorrow, January 6th, we will be at the CITT Connect 2023 Job Fair at the TMU School of Performance. 345 Yonge St. After the Job Fair we are hosting the Opening Night Party at the Firkin on Yonge (207 Yonge St) starting at 8pm! We hope to see you all there!

IATSE Local 58 stands in solidarity with the CUPE Ontario Education workers who are being bullied into a contract by the Ontario Government.

We had a busy day of training down at the Canadian Opera Company . Upstairs on the main stage doing follow spot training for apprentices. And in the basement doing v-mixing video orientations in the video lab.

We would like to congratulate our members who were sworn into IATSE Local 58 at our meeting this morning.
