HIV is now treatable. But stigma contributes to making it life threatening. It stops people from testing and getting help. On #ZeroHIVStigmaDay, I’m calling for an end to the ignorance, key to helping us reach our commitment to no HIV transmissions in England by 2030.

So I had Covid about 4 weeks ago. A grim acute phase that lasted three days and then slow recovery. I am still struggling with fatigue, tiredness and foggy brain. Covid hasn’t gone away…….and resting is important! !
