Putting all else aside when comparing Gemini CLI vs Claude Code - the simple fact is this Claude Opus 4 is SIGNIFICANTLY better than Gemini 2.5 Pro It's not even close right now. Opus is the best agentic model & every time I use something else, I regret it* (*except for o3)
