I will never take the support and backing of local members for granted and if selected would work hard to live up to your expectations. Thank you Christine!

Disappointed to see these changes voted in by Lib Democrats and other Elected Members who claim not to be part of the Tory admin but roll over for them at every vote. SNP/Indy/Labour amendment was simple, proportionate and a straightforward solution to covid pressures

Tried again at today's Budget to get funding allocated for improvements to the Stewart Tower Road voted down again and not adopted in the Tory Budget. Unfortunately Cllrs. James and Jarvis were not supportive and did not even mention it in their contributions.

Today I used my budget contribution to mark #IWD2021 dedicating it women disproportionately affected by lockdowns. Watch my speech here 👇 #Budget The SNP

Trying to claim money that was in all our Budgets because it had been allocated previously as a Tory initiative today looks desperate.

Along with Cllr. Lyle mentioning money already committed to LAL and CIF as if it was new money. Obviously following the Westminster example

Interesting budget priorities exposed today. I would always put the access to food as top priority. Whilst learning to play an instrument is laudable and aspirational you cannot learn to play an instrument if you cannot eat.

At the PKC Budget Labour Councillor Bailey misrepresented the SNP commitment to the PH2O leisure facility as another feasibility study. It was not that but was to increase capacity to ACCELERATE the production of a funding solution as the Tories have let it drift.

Tory PKC priorities, paint shop fronts. SNP priorities extra support for Women's Aid and RASAC to help in these stressful times. Oh and cutting school meal prices and supporting food distribution for those in greater need.

A recurring theme begins to emerge Tory announcement of funding for Community Investment Fund again money allocated last year. SNP allocated £600,000 to LAP'S throughout PKC to help the brilliant Community Group's continue their work. Oh and it was new money!!!!

Really disappointed that the Tories and Lib-Dems refused accept into their Budget the SNP Groups proposal for a piece of artwork to remember all those who have been affected by the Covid Pandemic. This was suggested by a Member of the public and should have been above politics.

Honored to have been appointed as the Older People's Champion for Perth and Kinross Council looking forward to working with Age Scotland SOPA - The Scottish Older People's Assembly and all the local agencies and groups that represent older people in the PKC area.
