Hello Sunderland! It's Day 1 of our Musical Hydrotherapy training week at Sunningdale School School and what a pleasure it's been to meet their teachers. Today the group has been learning to support each other in the water - it's a therapy that's all about trust, calm and listening.

We're having a busy January and enjoying every minute! After a wonderful week with the Sunningdale School School team, we're at Lime Academy Ravensbourne in Romford to train 10 of their amazing staff to deliver #MusicalHydrotherapy to pupils with #PMLD and other complex #specialneeds. Day 1!

We're so happy to be spending the week with the amazing team at Milestone Academy in Kent. For the last 2 days, our trainees have been learning to support and guide each other in the water and also experiencing the practice as participants. Pupils join them in the water tomorrow!

"It's really emotive - you can see his entire body begin to extend and shift and relax. With every student there's a golden moment where they realise there's something happening. It's amazing. I've known Arun a long, long time and I've never seen anything like that before."
