A well deserved, final lunch at the end of missions 4&5 for our SWISSCROSS teams in Erbil, Iraq. 36 patients operated on in 10 days including our first free flap. Thanks to everyone involved!

Last week we completed the first free flap surgery on a 10 year old boy- tissue flap, including blood vessels and muscle tissue was removed from his torso to help rebuild his leg after he lost part of it in a missile attack. 1/2
