Just did a 10k bike ride with a few hills and managed it in 30mins. Felt quite pleased with myself. Then I remember there were athletes at the Olympics last week who ran 10k faster than that. Good to stay grounded I guess

Local leisure centre is running loooads of sessions at £2 a time. My son just did dodgeball on his own (coaches joined in) They'd tried advertising it to schools but they either weren't interested in passing it on or the email didn't make it to the right people. Such a shame 😩

4yo came out of school today, the sun was shining and he was still wearing his jumper. He wouldn't take it off when asked. He got home and it came straight off. When asked why he waited, he said, "I had to keep it on so i know which school to go to" 🙄🤣
