I’m going to say that having a box of pens/pencils you can hand out to students is less of a workload issue than running detentions for those who forget would be. In the real world, the employer provides equipment that is needed for the job. Stop making things difficult.

Weekends are a con... It's just going from the job you are paid for to the job you can't afford to pay someone else for! -cleaning -dog walks -sorting -paying for things -fixing broke things -exercise -food shop -left over work you couldn't do in the week #IWantARefund

Thoughts on mixing classes as they move up the school? My school (2 form entry) are considering it, but haven't done it before. Can't find any concrete research into it, only anecdotal reasons as to why it works/doesn't work. #teachertwitter
