Lesson learned today (and it’s not even 7:30am): I have a great morning routine and have formed habits that are autopilot now, don’t try and change that....

Oh and put everything into my calendar, my brain isn’t that good at 7am. 🙈 Booked a 9am PT session so I could sleep in...turned up at 7am to one confused trainer and a confused me. #TGIF
