Hafeez 'ICC is approving the T20 leagues NOC to promote the game which is absolutely right but they should announce a standard test match fee to save red ball cricket. We can give rest to Babar Azam in one or two matches. We didn't rest Shaheen due to T20 Cricket ahead'.
