Arlington Professional Firefighters are operating at a 2nd Alarm fire in an apartment at Manchester Garden Apartments. The main body of fire was knocked down in approximately 10 minutes from arrival and crews are overhauling at this time. #IAFF #Local2393 #ArlingtonNY
