I'm thinking though my proposal for next year's IAFA 🐲🚀 conference. The theme is "whimsy," and my quick search on humorous fantasy turned up no novels by BIPOC authors. I want to use this fact to have a conversation here and at ICFA about humor and BIPOC SFF.
