Spider from Mars! Lindo Ntuli But does the IEC have the administrative power to disqualify someone from the ballot based on S47 of the Constitution? What happens when someone is disqualified whilst serving in parliament? Does the IEC intervene then as well? The mandate of the IEC is explicit in S190
