Big new AI thing: Microsoft Bing (which uses GPT-4 in Creative Mode), accepts images as input. The results are impressive. I fed it a meme, it could understand context & read text! A new dimension of AI use just opened up. So expect a flood of AI Twitter influencer threads...

Productive Sunday evening. My Flexispot standing desk works like a charm again in Home Assistant via ESPHome. And my bed now has occupancy sensors, powered by (simple) car seat sensors and ESPHome. Love how easy it is to program ESP32 and ESP8266 microchips with ESPHome.

Original copilot was ~few line tab autocomplete. GPT-like chatbots now routinely do larger chunks. Then get PRs given Issues. Then write the Issues. Human input and oversight gradually ascends in abstraction and contributes less, until it is ~pass-through. githubnext.com/projects/copil…

Given that they are now for sale, here are brief reviews of the Microsoft Copilot Pro Apps I have tried: Outlook: This is the slickest of the Copilots in terms of deep integration into the core application, and in many ways is the most obvious use case. It basically lets GPT-4
