Where’s the class action lawsuit against the liars, the grifters, the pseudoscientists that caused the mortality and morbidity of so many, by spreading falsehoods about risks of covid jabs? Including continual death threats to doctors and scientists

Dr Sandeep Bansal Superadvanced Trainee Consultant I did a quick and dirty search.

Found the odd case of supplying medicines without a prescription with the offenders jailed for ~12 months.

That’s not the same as issuing a prescription without the legal authority do so. Couldn’t find an example of that.

Wonder if anyone from The BMA or Doctors’ Association UK 💙 were free to pop along to provide some local examples of concerns that have been raised to them by trainees?

Important to foster a constructive dialogue to move forward

I actually like James C on this video - he's the host of the PA Podcast and genuinely seems well intentioned (when I have met him).

The system is using PAs so poorly and if they are working at 'SHO' level - then why are doctors being used as rota fodder? Move them into ST…

And THIS is why GMC proposal to allow PA scope of practice to be ‘locally governed’ by NHS trusts risks public safety

The Trusts - and indeed the PAs & supervisors - have repeatedly shown they cannot be trusted to act sensibly

A pause, reset, follow The BMA advice is needed

The London Affiliation of Physicians Associates

A private company run by the PA Vice-President

They used to be an abundance of resources for PAs

But something curious has happened in the last 2 months…

Objective metrics desperately needed for safe services in a new substantive GP contract:

1. A recommended max number of registered patients : GPs ratio, assuming an 11 hr working day (08:00-19:00) rather than 55 hr working week

Or minimum numbers of GPs per unit of population.

For every extra operating list ,clinic or shift done by a doctor or nurse or AHP ,is something else that’s building up and not being done well. Either family time, supporting professional activities , pt admin. Asking people to work harder and longer is not sustainable

Dr Sandeep Bansal As someone who’s had neutropenic sepsis twice this year this is genuinely terrifying. As disgusting as IV tazocin and meropenem are, they’ve saved my life - I’d have died in January if the doctors hadn’t acted so quickly!

Neena Jha Dr Sandeep Bansal Is anybody monitoring PA induced death/suffering? Is a tally being kept anywhere, do you know, or a place where incidences can be reported?

Over 1100 illegal events of PAs ordering ionising radiation diagnostics at Leeds NHS Trust

For this to happen:

1) EHR left open to PAs to order (was this intentional?) - because that’s a separate investigation
2) PAs feeling comfortable to illegally order - how come?

The Cricketing Doc™️ 🇵🇸 The way GMS has been bastardised in past decade enables such practices. Are these APMS contracts? They’re hardly typical of the majority.

But they damage whole profession as the remaining >95% get accused of the same.

Pls DM me details if you have evidence of poor practise. 🙏

Does “medical school places” actually mean obtaining MBCHB ?

Every med school listed offers PA courses

There are a lot of buzz words in the document but it doesn’t mention MBCHB - just medical workforce

It does say delivering the NHS long term workforce plan ie PAs
