It is really a problem

Revamping my brand is being a very hard task. Been working on this for months with a lotta procrastination, life and the army (my new 9-5) consistently interjecting.

But I’ve decided that I actually wanna do this and I will not stop. The biggest thing is not the execution... I know I can execute like a pro. Finding purpose again and building a new value proposition... that’s what took all this time.

These are not things you grab from a tree. You have to find inspiration. You have to be connected. It must flow. That takes time and the proper environment.

I can’t imagine how single mothers are navigating life through Covid. How do you work from home, being a mom at home, teaching your child at home, can’t have your friends visit your home and your BD is not nowhere to be found, emotionally and financially! Wow

You have to work for your relationship but your relationship doesn’t have to work you out. Choose your peace and sanity.

In our last session, my therapist said “HURT PEOPLE HURT PEOPLE”. I stayed silent for 2 good mn. though I’m familiar with the quote, it hit different this time & unlocked a new level of understanding, empathy, shock & awareness. Therapy is pilling off 35 years of trauma.
