We are on the scene of a cutting in the 3800 block of Hamilton Street. Officers provided medical care on the scene. The victim has been taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect is in custody. There is no known threat to the community.

A dog bite incident occurred on July 12th, in the 5800 block of 35th Place. A dog got out of a home & bit a mail carrier. The victim had a minor injury & declined additional medical assistance. A civil citation was issued & Animal Control was notified. The dog is quarantined.
