Key Stage 2 had a fantastic experience today, travelling the world and back in time with PrimeVR - Virtual Reality for Schools 🌎 💫 There were shrieks and screams as they explored the Stone Age, Ancient Greece, Viking lands and were approached by all kinds of animals! 💥

We were delighted to welcome back Buckinghamshire Mind today to train our newly appointed team of Peer Mentors! 💜 Our visitors commented on how knowledgeable our children were about mental health and their thoughtful responses to all the training activities. 👍🏻 #peermentors #mentalhealth

Today’s assembly was a special occassion for us to come together to celebrate Black History Month. We are incredibly proud of the children who spoke so confidently and clearly, sharing inspirational stories of black women from the past and present. 🎤#BlackHistoryMonth

Year 3 have been learning about the Hindu festival of Diwali in their RE lessons. Wishing all those celebrating this weekend a joyful time 🪔

🟢🟠🟣We had a ‘SPOTacular’ day raising money for BBC Children in Need ! The school was filled with lots of spots, Pudsey ears and smiles as we learnt about the important work of Children in Need and how our money helps make a difference to those that need it. 🟡🔴🔵 #childreninneed

Year 5 have demonstrated their star baking skills with their biscuit creations! 🌟 They chose their flavours, ingredients and decorations and some look too good to eat! 🍪 Worth a Hollywood handshake? British Bake Off

Year 5 had an ‘out of this world’ experience with WonderDome🚀 We ‘blasted off’ into outer space and toured the solar system, learnt about the phases of the moon, life on Mars and the space race! What an adventure! 🪐 Thanks to Matt, our very knowledgeable tour guide! 👩‍🚀

Today we welcomed Reverend Anthony Searle from All Saints Wycombe . He walked through the school, blessing each classroom and everyone in it. We then gathered in the hall and prayed for a positive year ahead, where we all continue to show each other love and kindness 🙏 ❤️

As part of our Courageous Advocacy project, Year 4 are focusing on the environment on Tom Burt’s Hill. We have undertaken a litter survey and wrote letters to Buckinghamshire Council about the issue. #year4 #BuckinghamshireCouncil #environmentaleducation

Year 5 had great fun using #Oreobiscuits to demonstrate the phases of the moon! 🌙 They produced detailed information texts to share all their new knowledge! 🌒 ✍🏻 Of course they then enjoyed eating the different phases of the moon as a reward for their hard work! 🌔OREO Cookie

Year 5 have worked hard to develop their Kapow Primary art, inspired by space and the future.🤖🪐They made collagraph print plates to create a textured background and then designed their own image to go on top. 🛸We think they’re ’out of this world’! 💫👏🏻 #kapowprimary #art
