Last night Senate Bill 244 was signed into law in Georgia. It enables the award of attorney's fees and costs in a criminal case to the defendant upon a successful motion to disqualify the prosecuting attorney for misconduct. Fani Willis has cost Fulton County MILLIONS !!!!!!!

Walter Giardina is same FBI agent that accosted my daughter and I, then filed a fake assault charge against me. That charge was used by Fulton County to label me a “flight risk” & deny me Bond. It has been hanging over me since early 2023 because they don’t want a trial.

Walter Giardina and Biden FBI were not afraid to violate the constitution for political gain. My “FBI Assault Case” has had ZERO movement in over TWO YEARS & I’m still waiting. What happened to being entitled to a speedy trial?

1/ This is how Corrupt Walter Giardina and the Biden FBI were. Giardina came to my apartment, didn’t identify himself, trespassed, and accosted my 2 year old daughter just to try to subpoena me. After he found out I called the cops on him, he filed assault charges.

2/ The District Court in MD didn’t buy their BS story. Not only did they not prosecute, but they also EXPUNGED THE CHARGE FROM MY RECORD. I guess POLITICO just forgot to mention this part.

3/ By this time I had already testified before Jack Smith Special Purpose Grand Jury. They knew the evidence I had and weren’t happy I took the 5th. So what did they do? Charge me with the same crime in FEDERAL COURT, but make it sound worse.

4 / This is the charge Judge Emily Richardson used to call me a “Flight Risk” , deny bond, and keep me in Fulton County Jail. Nathan Wade has testified that Fani Willis’s office was communicating with Jack Smith, J6 Committee and WH during the time Giardina came to my house.

5 / Not even ONE DAY AFTER Walter Giardina came to my house, subpoenaed and had me arrested ….. Fani Willis made an appointment to go to the White House.

Ive been told Walter Giardina has been fired and is no longer an FBI Agent. Thank you Marco Polo , Cernovich , Liz Harrington , Kyle Seraphin , Laura Loomer and everyone that shared the story. I hope the fake charge gets dismissed. 🇺🇸 citizens are much safer.
