Saturday results: Kayleigh Norris defends her title at Tim Nixon Invitational. Norris finished 1st of 145 runners in Gold/Silver divisions with a time of 18:09.

Clinton results Boys: Steven Overbay medals with a 6th(59 runners) place finish (18:07), Caleb Malone finishes 36th (22:29) in first HS race, Quinn Julien finished 52nd (26:20) Girls: Anna Tews also medaled at 7th(34 runners) at 23:05 in her first HS race. Great first day!

Results from Gans: Steven Overbay medals with 13th place finish (out of 214 runners) and season PR of 17:57 .... Quinn Julien also SPR at 25:02. Forrest Thurman 20:44, Caleb Malone 22:14, Anna Tews 22:49, Selah Parris 30:29 all set career PR's Great job!!!

Results from Rim Rock: Kayleigh Norris finishes 6th of 179 runners. Her time of 18:08 was her 3rd fastest of the year but would still be the 4th fastest time of any runner in the state this year. Her earlier time of 17:36 is still the fastest in the state by 23 seconds.

Results from the C4D4 Championship. Kayleigh Norris three peats with her 3rd consecutive title. Norris wins race by 1 min 39 sec over a runner with the 3rd fastest time in the state of Missouri this year. Next up Kayleigh will go to defend her state championship next Sat @ MU.

More results ... Steven Overbay punches his third ticket to state with a season PR of 17:45. Overbay becomes only the 6th boy runner in Wildcat history to qualify 3 times. Steven has now medaled in all 9 of his races this year!

C4D4 results ... Selah Parris, Anna Tews, and Caleb Malone all ran strong races ... Quinn Julien ran his season PR at 24:05, and Forrest Thurman ran his career PPR at 20:20.

C4D4 results ... As a program the Wildcats set new school records for the most consecutive years sending at least one runner to state (9 years in a row!) & at least two runners to state (7 years in a row!) Credit to those that got it started .. and the ones keeping it rolling!
