Great day of sharing knowledge with Wee Knob of Butter. An insight into croissant and scone making using their butter and buttermilk. A great way to showcase their wonderful butter and how pastry chefs can use their butter commercially π§π§π§π₯π₯π₯ South Lanarkshire College Joanne Warwick
Thank you to Wee Knob of Butter for coming to visit us at South Lanarkshire College this week. I taught them how to make croissants & scones using their artisan butter & buttermilk. To top it off we made some @Callebaut_UKIE Creme Pat to fill the croissants with as an extra treat! Joanne Warwick
