You can have a great vision write all the mission statements you want, but theres not much that can improve a school culture as much or as quickly as an admin team who fully support and care for their staff.

Thank your school counselors. Most have no idea how much they shoulder and how much they absorb simply by doing their jobs. Counselors carry the weight of an entire community and will oftentimes sacrifice their own families for the betterment of those whom they serve.
