8/ Instead of Play-to-Earn, I am thinking in terms of: • Play-to-Experience • Play-to-Progress • Play-to-Own (earned, scarce) Ownership should feel like a reward, not a requirement.

9/ Another key shift👁️ Horror, immersion, atmosphere, storytelling These don’t need tokens to work. They need craft. Web3 should enhance the world, not become the reason it exists.
