Friday at the Don Hartlaub Invitational I competed in the 4x100, 400, and 4x400. I ran a 52.34 placing 3rd in my open and split a 50.88 in the 4x400 to start our team off to run a 3:26.16! We also won the 4x100 with a time of 44.5. I am lane 4 in the video below.

This past Friday I ran at the Don Hartlaub Memorial Invitational. I ran the 3200 and placed second with a time of 10:17. I also ran the 1600, ran a 4:44, and placed first! It was a windy day so not the fastest times, but great things are coming ahead!

Yesterday I ran at our first home meet of the year. I ran the 4x800- 2:05 split/ 400-56.8/ 4x4-55 split. It wasn’t my normal day of running events but it was a great change of things to work on some speed. Great things ahead!

Jacob Barth runs a 49.59 and breaks the school record in the 400 previously held by Greg Downs (50.08).

Hunter Piper, James Baisden, Carter Hunley, and Jacob Barth set a new Rochester Invite Meet Record and break the school record in the 4x400 with a time of 3:24.04 . The previous record of 3:25.52 was set in 2023 by Nathan Barth, Jacob Barth, Carter Hunley, and Jackson Kern.

Sam Talavera, Carter Hunley, Hunter Piper, and Jacob Barth set a new school record tonight in the 4x200 with a time of 1:31.92. The previous record of 1:33.30 was set in 2023 by Nathan Barth, Jacob Barth, Carter Hunley, and Jackson Kern.

Yesterday at the Don Williams Invitational I switched up my events a bit and ran the 800. I negative split it with a 62 opener and a 61 closer to get a final time of 2:03.55! I look forward to running this event more often in the future as I can cut off a lot more time.

Yesterday I ran the 400 and 4x800 at the Sangamo Conference Meet. I had a big PR in the 400 with a 51.61 placing 4th and a 2:03h split in the 4x800 to place 1st. I will be cutting off even more time in the 400 at sectionals. I am lane 1 in the video below. Auburn Track & Field

BOOM!!! A big PR in the 1600 yesterday at sectionals. I ran a 4:35.62 to cut off 7 seconds from my old PR! In the 4x8 we didn’t go all out but I still ran around a 2:05 split to get first at the sectional. Big things coming next week! 💯
