I have 2 dedicated people for holding me accountable to my goals now.
One person that is a personal trainer and another that just is paid to look at my to do list every day and hold me accountable to those tasks.
Been 2 weeks and already feeling like a game changer
as time goes on, a lot of my early ideas start to no longer make sense, and I realize they never made sense and weren't actually my true goals.
but also, some of my ideas have gotten much stronger and more vivid. they start to make more sense and become much more attractive
learning the optimal balance between routine and spontaneity is maybe one of the most important things you can do in life imo
you don't want too much routine/structure but you also don't want too much freedom/spontaneity
structure builds progress
freedom leads to discovery
i tend to align with people that are both spiritual AND have big expectations for their life
there is something about that energy that is addictive/interesting and also makes me feel calm
only a few ppl I ever met like this and they are all killers

more success = higher quality distractions
over time you build a tolerance and numbness around these distractions, this allows you to re-center your focus achieve more success- which leads to even higher quality distractions...
