Back to school for the 50th straight year tomorrow for this guy. How dumb am I?? Still haven't graduated or figured out what I want to be when I grow up!! Enjoy a day off everyone.

Despite two potentially great series concluding this week, I'm still turned off - as I've always been - and morally opposed to NHL and NBA action in mid June!!

Anything (or anyone?) on grass is great, but the Wimbledon final today was epic. You know it is a long match when it takes longer to play than a college football game replete with all its commercials.

Congrats WCT on a 5 star performance of the Music Man on opening night! Wore that soundtrack out when I was a kid - was great being a kid again last night!!

One week left of summer and it is going to feel like it. Is it too late to do my summer reading??

So glad a Vikings loss like the one today doesn't ruin my weekend like it used to. Getting older (more mature?) might have its advantages!!

RIP Mr. Mondale! My first vote was for "Fritz" & Geraldine - guess I have always cheered for the underdog. Thank you for fighting for the common people and for being a role model of ethical and moral thought and behavior!
