HSI Saipan, with ERO, FBI, DEA, U.S. Marshals, CNMI Customs, and CNMI DPS, executed a narcotics search warrant in Saipan’s tourist district. Dong HAN and Yinhua YANG were arrested for conspiracy to possess methamphetamines, and Zhao LIU was arrested for immigration violations.

On July 31 former Guam Corrections Officer Raymond TAMMED was sentenced to 120 months in federal prison for Attempted Enticement of a Minor following an investigation by HSI and Air Force OSI. HSI will continue to keep our children safe with zero tolerance for this heinous crime.
