HSI Saipan, with ERO, FBI, DEA, U.S. Marshals, CNMI Customs, and CNMI DPS, executed a narcotics search warrant in Saipan’s tourist district. Dong HAN and Yinhua YANG were arrested for conspiracy to possess methamphetamines, and Zhao LIU was arrested for immigration violations.
