Great performance from the lads today, it ends a 5-0 home win courtesy of a Hat-Trick from Diontaye Cowan 🎩🪄 While Connor Jarrett and Jamal Poeketie also got on the scoresheet for a great reaction from last weeks cup defeat 👏🏻 Always nice to get a clean sheet as well 🧼

Heybridge Swifts are delighted to confirm that Connor Jarrett, Josh Parker and Jamal Poeketi have been promoted from our Reserve Team to the First Team and will be available for Saturday's game. They will join fellow reserve graduates Mason Gillam, Rohan Taheny-Clarke and Riley

After a busy week for the lads we rounded it off with a 2-1 win against Galleywood Football Club Goals from Ollie and Michael were enough to see us get the 3 points after a late onslaught from Galleywood where the lads defended very well as a unit to get us over the line 💪🏼⚫️⚪️
