@KerryAMcPherson Hsannple Dr. Leslyn Lewis Talk to electricians, due to the pandemic and a factory fire, there is a scarcity of parts...months of backlog. When u create demand and can't supply, you get inflation, blackouts and damaged equipment you can't repair.

Hsannple Katie Gibbs Would recommend getting an independent Heat Load calculation, often called a Manual J, done for your home.

Many HVAC contractor's often just apply a rule of thumb, and then you end up with an over-sized system - which is bad.
